So far I’ve been having a hard time getting into the Sochi Winter Olympics (maybe because of America’s paltry medal count), but this is guaranteed to make them LOTS more interesting…Enjoy!
My crazy daughters have decided that our family needs to start a band, never mind the fact that Olivia and I have demonstrated no musical ability to this point in our lives. The name they have come up with for the band is the “Pretty Pink Pansies” (no room for ridicule there) and our first single will be “Raisins on the Moon” (naturally). I was able to capture Kate and Sara working on this little ditty in the video above. The lyrics for the “verses” are pretty hard to make out, but the chorus comes through loud and clear.
They have even started working on the cover for the single (pictured left). Enjoy this rare opportunity for a sneak peek at a future, sure-fire Billboard hit!
Our refrigerator went out last night, and since that means that we are now shopping for a new one, it reminded me of this great bit from comedian Brian Regan on refrigerators. Definitely worth a watch:
From our recent trip to Myrtle Beach:
Thanks to my wife for sharing this with me. I doubt there are many men who are married or in a relationship who can’t relate to this video…hysterical…enjoy:

From the creator…
“Don’t try to fix it. I just need you to listen.” Every man has heard these words. And they are the law of the land. No matter what.
I need to come up with some new pet peeves…my kids don’t seem to care much about the ones I have now.
A few minutes ago I received a call from the Italian Barrel restaurant in NOLA telling me that they no longer had a table available for my reservation on Saturday, which Olivia made back on JANUARY 29!
My immediate thought was of this memorable clip from Seinfeld that explains my feelings very well.

Neil Young and Bruce Springstein sing “Whip My Hair” – If you’ve never seen this it is a MUST WATCH! Also, if you’re not familiar with the original by Willow Smith you can catch it by going here.
You can see more Neil and Bruce goodness in this video – Also another MUST WATCH!
P.S. Jimmy Fallon is one seriously talented dude.
The Star Wars cast sings Call Me Maybe by Carly Rae Jepsen! – Someone has entirely too much time on their hands, but this is hysterical.
I don’t usually post stuff like this, but it really made me laugh….
Jeanne Robertson “Don’t send a man to the grocery store!” – I haven’t posted a humor related video in a while and was recently reminded of this great story from Jeanne Robertson. Very much worth a watch!
Jeanne is a nationally recognized humorist and professional speaker. In 1963, at age 18, she was named Miss North Carolina. I regularly hear her on Laugh USA on XM Radio, and she has become one of my favorites. Enjoy!
