Sara’s first Middle School Cross Country meet for @lipscombacademy was a success, and we are very proud! She started off training back in May with absolutely no running base and today she ran the 2-mile course at Vaughn’s Gap in 17 minutes 45 seconds. This put her 26th overall among girls from 8 different schools, and was 1 minute 15 seconds faster than her time in practice 2 weeks ago. Excited to see where she goes from here. #family #running
